Each session is a 15 min. session where we will go over a variety of poses of the children & mom. 
This set up is a white esthetic where we would like the main focus to be the love captured between a mom & her children. 
Please remember these are not family sessions, but of mom & her children only or a generational portrait. (maximum 6 individuals)
We will choose 3 images for your session to expedite on editing so you can have & cherish on Mothers Day & post to social media as well. (our gift to you)

After each session, we will schedule an ordering session where mom can come in to view her images & purchase her prints & wall art she would love.
(this is where the $250 credit comes in)
Once the ordering session is complete, we will make the final touches to your perfect portraits & order these heirlooms for you & your children.

Along with the images that are printed & ordered, we will provide you a social media image as well so you can share with your friends on facebook, or have on your phone also. 

LIMITED EDITION SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time.  

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (24 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Late arrival will cut into your session time as there are other sessions scheduled for other clients. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

It is the Client's responsibility that any children involved in the photography session arrive in the following condition: 
Healthy (free of illness)
Full belly (Hunger = unhappy children)
Well rested (Fatigue = unhappy children)
Clean (Face, clothing, hair etc.)
--Due to back to back sessions, we will not be able to extend your session due to uncooperative children. 

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc.)

COPYRIGHT 

It is illegal to use, copy or scan images in any way or manner without written permission of Vail's Photography.  Vail's Photography retains all copyright.  Please note for digital sessions, you do receive a print release which will allow you to make prints of all digital images. Only the Client(s) named on the print release are authorized to download and print images. If sharing images on social media, the Client will credit the images to Vail'S Photography

MODEL RELEASE

Photographs taken at all sessions and presented by this photographer may be used by Vail's Photography for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or any publication to promote the business name and the images can be used without additional compensation to the client. 

EXCLUSIVITY

Photographing or videotaping is prohibited.  Please do not bring your own camera, camcorder or recording device to the session.  (This includes cell phone cameras and video recorders).
